Hi again! Hope your weekend started really well!
Time heals almost anything, always give it time.
What are you doing to help heal yourself?
If not start by figuring out what you can do to heal
One of the most important aspects of healing is recognizing the powerful connection between your mind, your body and your soul.
Studies show that stress and negative emotions can cause a physical reaction that can slow your body’s ability to heal. On the other hand, if you are thinking positive, your feelings can help you recover, no matter the circumstance.
What to do next:
– We have all been there; We’ve all experienced different life changing situations; heartbreak, fight, relationship, family, children, deaths, abuse, etc… that has scared us so much that we never thought the pain would end. We have all heard the same advice “Give it time.”
-What feels like false hope might actually have some scientific explanation as to why our brains make us see things differently throughout time. Memory is encoded in different ways, from sensory to short-term to long-term. What makes us encode long-term memories depends on how meaningful we consider the information to be.
-While current events may linger in our short-term memories for a few months, they eventually make their way to long-term memories or we forget them. What makes it interesting is the process of how this happens.
-We have time to think, reflect and ponder on our experiences. This gives us a chance to evaluate events from a distance in order to see them more clearly.
-Talk to someone, don’t keep it to yourself. Share it with someone who loves you and cares for you unconditionally. The person must be there not only to hold your hand and be there for you, but to also tell you the truth and be honest with you with what your next steps should be so you can begin to be in a better place.
-Time does heal everything, it’s all in your hands on what you will do with the situation that will help you heal. By doing nothing, it will keep you in the same exact place you left off.
-Situations such as a death or being abused is the 2 toughest to forget completely. As time passes, the painful sorrow will also decrease.
-Do you agree that if you sit and ponder on the situation and leave it as is it will not go away?
-Do you agree that by finding solutions, by talking to the right people, by making things clear and simple, by taking action, by loving yourself, by believing in yourself and by giving it time, you will heal.
-Stimulate your life to a happier and upcoming life ahead of you.
See you soon for #7
Make the rest of your day great because only you can.
